AY’AM

Our Lady of the Annunciation’s Young Adult Ministry seeks to build the faith life of those in their 20’s and 30’s through discussions, studies of spiritual texts, and serving our community, proclaiming the Gospel in our lives.

Scouting

Our Scouting programs are an intregal part of our youth ministry, developing the future leadership of our church and community. Our Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Venturing Crew serve the young men and women of our parish throughout their formative years.

Boy Scouts
Boy Scout Troop 280 invites young men ages 11 – 17 to join our Troop.  We meet  Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the gym.  Please call Ted at 818-8183 if you are interested. 

Venturing

Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish has formed a Venturing Crew for youth between the ages of 14-20. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Venturing program, it is a co-ed organization youth development program, with a specific emphasis on building strong leaders, reaching out to the community, deepening religious and ethical commitments, and organizing activities, like rock-climbing, backpacking, camping, plays. and much more. Dead Theologians Society



The Dead Theologians Society (DTS) is our parish youth group for high school teens ages 14-18.All high school students are invited to join DTS for fun and fellowship while learning about the lives of some extraordinary people who lived their lives for Christ.  For more information call Trish at 417-3110.

 

Challenge Girl's Club

Attention all 3rd-8th grade girls!!! Come join a fun and exciting girl’s club at Annunciation called, ”Challenge”. It’s where the girls will be able to form a deeper friendship with each other and with Christ. “Challenge” develops the spiritual, social, intellectual and apostolic talents of young women through dynamic activities, community service projects, faith & virtue campaigns and leadership development...All in a FUN atmosphere!


The Challenge Club is completing their program for the school year and going on break for the summer. If you would like more information about the program, please call 323-3967.

Endow for Women


Endow is a Catholic educational program that brings women together to discover their God-given dignity and femininity through the richness and authenticity of Catholic teaching.
